Make time for your habits

“I didn’t have time” is the grown ups version of “the dog ate my homework”.  We think this is a great quote for fitness motivation.

The best way to have time is to make time and make it a habit.

You can structure it into the start of your day (there’s less distractions than after work), ask your personal trainer to keep you accountable, use a software like Pact to provide an incentive/disincentive or just do it.
